  • Permanent Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight


About the facility


South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a government-established joint venture, supplying ICT shared services to acute public hospitals and associated health services within the Barwon and south west regions of Victoria, covering some 60,000 square kilometres.


SWARH aims to support health outcomes in these regions through centralised, expert, specialist ICT services and strategic solutions for its member health services and customers. The organisation is a critical component of the region’s health sector; prioritising and optimising the health of the communities it serves.


About the role 


The primary purpose of the Customer Support Officer is to provide efficient and effective delivery of ICT services facilitating resolution of incidents, service requests ensuring positive customer experience and outcomes. This role provides key input and support for complex technical issues for our customer’s as well as contributing to continual service improvement, reviewing and orchestrating automated solutions within the SWARH IT Service Management tool.
