• Location: Geelong CBD 3220, Victoria
• Salary : $75,000 + Bonus + travel reimbursement

Job Duties

• Your role is primarily phone based and includes (but not limited to):
• Network support and Desktop support
• Routine maintenance and On-site client support as require
• experience enterprise grade experience Cisco solutions including switches, routers, ASA firewalls, ISE, Prime Infrastructure, Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity, UCCXD, and other collaborations toolsPalo Alto Firewalls
• Monitor equipment and system performance and capacity Initiate recoveries after failures
• Prepare for disaster recovery activities o Backup and restoration of configurations Change control Administer firewalls
• Report on service performance against service level agreements
• Provide technical support for first and second level support staff Schedule job flows
• Prepare and implement system releases schedule resources for optimum use.
• With your excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as being customer focused you will have the opportunity to advance your career in IT and gain exposure and experience with a wide range of technologies.
• Previous experience in an IT support or customer focused role with a diploma or degree in IT or related course will be highly desirable but is not essential.

It is a requirement that the applicant holds a current drivers' license. This role is for an immediate start and is a full-time position based in the Geelong CBD.(Victoria )
