Working within Corporate Information Solutions (CIS), The Customer Engagement Lead will foster strong communication and coordination with internal business stakeholders across a variety of projects. Reporting to the Projects and Engagement Manager, this position is responsible for building key relations with Gordon stakeholders to identify, scope, develop plans and to drive solutions. Critical to the position will be the ability to understand business needs, think strategically, be innovative, identify opportunities, manage projects and engage stakeholders. The role will facilitate communication between CIS and its customers to coordinate and assist develop and implement initiatives and strategies. The Engagement Lead ensures that all project requirements are captured, comprehensive analysis is conducted and assists the Business Case to drive initiatives through into key projects. This role will provide significant support and knowledge into the Strategy, Planning and Budget process for CIS.

Benefits:
$85,624 - $97,219 p.a. plus superannuation
