As the Mobile/Web Developer you will be responsible for the development of the following:

• Customer Web Portal; The customer web portal would provide customers and resellers the means to which they could manage telephony functions, make online orders, track existing orders and create and track support tickets.

• Internal CRM; The internal CRM would comprise of customer management, inventory management, support ticket management, project management, procurement and finance modules.

• Application Server; The application server would allow integration via mobile and desktop apps to the company's telephony and CRM platforms.

As the Developer you would be responsible for the full design, implementation and testing functions of the project.
