About the role

Work as part of the larger End User Computing team to identify and resolve ICT issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site ICT support to staff primarily in the Geelong offices, but also remote ICT support to all staff.
• Manage the Geelong ICT hardware fleet.
• Communicate on ICT infrastructure issues with internal customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in an ICT support role, supporting clients in a Windows based environment.
• High level customer service skills
• High level communication skills
